Telescopic slides - Characteristics

Heavy duty slides
From a few kilos to more than 1000 kg, several types of slides are kept in stock for the most common requests. For heavier loads, Chambrelan will examine each request to offer the most suitable answers.

Ready-to-use
On this site, you have, at your disposal, data which will enable you to install the selected slides.
Order the appropriate slide, you will then just have to install them.

Big extension capacities
Partial extension, total extension or over extension : you have the choice of various systems with 2, 3 or 4 beams, some of which are compatible with a double extension.

Surface treatment
Chambrelan offers technical solutions which have been tried and tested, such as bichromated yellow zinc coating, with or without Finigard protection,
nitruration or anodisation treatments.

Steel, aluminium, stainless steel
Standard application, corrosive environment or specific application : you have the choice of 3 types of materials : steel, aluminium or stainless steel.

Simple and tolerant guidance

Chambrelan slides were designed to allow simple installation. Respecting parallelism on level surfaces is sufficient to get a smooth and steady movement.

Deflection
The deflection is generally limited to approximately 1% of the extended length under a standard load distributed uniformly on 2 slides mounted on the major axis.

End stops
Polyamide stops on standard slides, direct stops, shock absorbing spring stops on heavy load types : they work as an opening end stop and as a closing end stop.
